The day that Mom and I have been waiting for is here! The bolts of Rebel Roses have arrived here and in stores across the US. We have been busy making up a few more projects to share with you. (If you haven’t seen the first few projects we made, click here).
First is the “Touch of Class Tablecloth” – made to show off the large floral rose print.
I did some funky quilting, trying to emphasize the roses, applique and pieced blocks.
Mom and I also put together the cover quilt from my “Sweet Life” book.
I saved my scraps to make this runner, also in the “Sweet Life” book. It shows off my favorite print in the line – the brown medium floral. I also got a chance to use some jumbo ric rac and that’s always a fun touch.
I mentioned earlier that I would be giving away a fat quarter pack of the new line and today is the day! Please leave us a comment and I’ll draw for the winner later this week.
Many of you have asked if we are offering kits. My usual answer is that we recommend that you check and support your local shops, but we have also heard from many of you who can’t find our fabrics at your local shop and others that are many hours from any shop. So, we have decided to offer a few kits. Please check the kits tab that I have added across the top of the page, if you are interested.

I am a new reader. I have to say that I love this line, and I love these projects! The quilting on the tablecloth is amazing! And I love the rick-rack on the runner…it adds even more personality. I have no idea what I’d do with the fabric if I won it, but I am my mother’s daughter…I’ll tuck it away for a “someday” project. 🙂

I would love to win those fabulous fat quarters for a new bed quilt & runner. When the renovations to the house we are living in are finally completed (two more weeks (!) after 6 mths of chaos), we’ll get a new bedroom, I’ll be able to reclaim sewing space and our 9 mth old will have to make the transition to her own room 😦 Of course this will mean making a new quilt for the bed, and a runner, and pillows and curtains…. I love what you did with your bedroom. It’s inspired me in planning for our new bedroom. A room done up with fabric from Rebel Roses would look amazing !

I don’t think I’ll ever need another line…it has plaids (a definite must have), stripes, and great non fru-fru flowers!! Fun, funky, and highly functional! Thanks for being so creative…PS…glad you enjoyed your stay in Utah, it’s simply the best adventure…you’re pics made me even more homesick–headed there on Tues. can’t wait!! Snow and lots of quilt shops!!

OH MY GOSH!! This is one the MOST Beautiful Collection I have seen! LOVE THE ROSES!! What a team you make isn’t always very special when a Mother & Daughter get to work so close together you both are very lucky! I can always use this fat quarter group.
