We stayed home from quilt market this past weekend. I was not ready to leave Max for that many days. Instead, we are enjoying fall and lots of family activities. The boys and I have been out walking and enjoying the nice weather. The fall colors were amazing, but were gone way too fast. The sunsets have also been amazing. Joel got a weekend away hunting with the guys and I had a night away with the Peterson girls. We ate out, painted pottery and went shopping. Max was the only boy allowed and he did pretty well on his first trip out of town (despite the look on his face in one of the pictures below). While we were gone Carter and Joel went fishing with Grandpa John several times. I don’t know how Joel did it, but Carter lasted up to 4 hours in the boat without going overboard, finding any hooks or throwing any fits. If you ask him about it he will talk about playing in the minnow bucket and catching “cwapies” and walleyes. Max is smiling and cooing for us. We are living life to the fullest, enjoying the precious moments, and trying to ignore the piles of laundry and toys everywhere.
Have I mentioned that Max is quite expressive? I love that picture. Is that wrong of me? We got his lip put back into place in short order, so no worries.
All for now. Thanks for stopping by.
Hi Heather, Love your posts. You are a very good photographer. Love all the scenery pictures. Best of all, love the pictures of your sweeties! Take care, Diann Date: Wed, 29 Oct 2014 17:21:10 +0000 To: kremerdiann@hotmail.com
Thank you for the lovely fall pictures and the wonderful pictures of your boys.
Looks like fun was had by all! Aren’t girls’ get-togethers fun? You are so lucky that everyone gets along! Your boys are adorable (of course, you know that)!
Thanks for sharing the beautiful fall pictures. You have a precious family. I love the last shot too. Very expressive!
I enjoy the pictures, enjoy the boys while they are little as they soon be grown and gone. You can always attend market. We also miss seeing you at LBBC, and know that you can come back any time. We love ya
Thanks Karen – I will miss seeing all of you at LBBC too. There are SO many great gals that come, that I hate to miss out. But as you said, the boys will be grown and gone so soon 😉 Have fun without me and hope to see you and your group next time!

I love all your photos – beautiful sunsets, beautiful family!
Love the updates with pictures of your sweet boys
You are so wise to put all aside and enjoy your boys and family. The time goes way too fast. There will be other markets, and laundry will wait!
Echo all the above…….laundry, etc, will be there when your wee ones aren’t! Precious sharing…thank you so much……………………….
Wonderful photos, lovely autumn colors, and enjoyed seeing your little ones. These are precious times to have as a family and hope you will take it all in as often as you can, and forget about the toys, and the daily stuff that gets in the way of JOY. (celiaambrose@hotmail.com)
Beautiful pictures. Love the post. And the picture of Max is priceless!! I laughed at his hum bug expression. Enjoy. It goes by way too fast.
Wonderful photos Heather!!! Kiddos are adorable!!! Love the fall
So cute, love Max’s face.
Thanks for sharing the beautiful pics. Your boys are both adorable!
The boys are so cute! Thanks for sharing the wonderful pictures.
Thanks for sharing the cute photos of your boys!
Your photos are beautiful as always! I saw little Max’s pic on FB and can’t get enough of it – definitely one for a frame, will make you smile every time!! I think Carter looks so much like Joel, and Max (especially in the pic of the stroller) Max looks like you – both being quite handsome little men!! xo
Great pictures. As you say, live each day. My stepmum could never understand how I could go out with my kids without doing the housework first. The housework and laundry will always be there, go out and have fun!
