Hi Everyone!
I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving. We have so many things to be grateful for! My sister did a really fun a fun craft with her little kids this year that I thought was just perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday. I love that baby Carter made the tree for both of her kids. If I made a tree, it would have lots of baby Carter leaves on it, along with a few of the other really important things they are thankful for too – like cookies and coffee creamer.

Isn’t that just too cute? I might be a little old to make one for myself, but it is good to make a “mental” thankful tree.
Before I get talking too much about Carter, I need to announce the winners of the apron kits from the blog hop last week. The four randomly selected winners are:

Now, on to those 5 month pictures of Carter. It feels like a lot has happened with him this month.
He has grown into 9 month size clothes now, even a few 12 month size.

He had his first Halloween

He has gotten much better at tummy time – thanks to his favorite app. I think it’s called Baby Touch and Hear and it’s the best 99 cents that I have ever spent! It has lots of pictures of animals with their sounds, which keeps him entertained for quite a while.

He is sitting up now – with supervision, of course.

He still tumbles over, then looks surprised and gives a big grin.

He is enjoying the jumper now – which we love too. It helps keep him happy while I make supper, etc, etc.

He tried cereal for the first time and did really well with it. He also likes applesauce and sweet potatoes. Now you can’t have a spoon around him without him opening his mouth and making a move for your spoon.

He has discovered his toes.

Now, when he starts to get crabby near bedtime, I just take his clothes off and he’s happy for another half hour or hour (otherwise he seems to want to go to bed so early that he wakes up at 4:30 in the morning. Mom and Dad aren’t big fans of getting up that early!)

He also has his first cold. No pictures for that, so I will just show a few other favorites.

Okay. I’ll stop now.
Until next month . . . . .
