My newest fabric line, Wildflower Boutique arrived in stores about a month ago and I am behind in telling you about it. I meant to let you all know sooner, but with the new booklet coming out, getting ready for market, attending Garden of Quilts, etc, I am finally catching up on my to-do list!
In the meantime, the main prints from the line sold out quickly, followed by the rest of the line – But the good news is it is being reprinted! The next printing will arrive about a month from now. And just to explain that a little better – You can still find the fabric in stores, but some shops are sold out of some of the prints. If you are a shop owner, Riley Blake is sold out of the prints, but you can reorder now for shipment next month. I’m so grateful Riley Blake was willing to reprint so that shops and quilters have a second chance to get some!
Today, I want to share some ideas for what to do with the fabrics. In some cases, I will link to kits you can get and at the end of this post, I will list shops that are carrying the fabric if you want to support your local shop.
The photo below shows every piece in the line. The Fat Quarters arranged in a circle to the right are all of the prints that you can get yardage of and are the prints that are included in the Precuts. The pieces shown to the left are from the Fat Quarter panels. In each 1 yard panel, you get 4 Fat Quarters, which adds another 12 prints to the collection. You can find this pack here.
The following are all quilts that I have made from the line – many of which you have already seen, but it’s nice to see them all in one place.
The Wildflower Sampler – Booklet available here and kit available here.
This design uses almost every print from the collection, including the fat quarter panels.
A smaller version of the Wildflower Sampler (also included in the booklet linked above). Kit available here.
The Super Star quilt. Book available here and kit available here. This photo will also be available as a puzzle next year. Click here to view the puzzle. It’s a great gift idea for your quilter friends!
The pattern is also available in a smaller size, using the 5″ stacker. Kit available here.
The Big Easy. Booklet Available here and kit here. (this pattern uses every print from the collection)
Honeycomb and Hexi Cabin. Book available here.
Honeycomb kit available here.
Hexi Cabin kit available here.
Desert Rose – Found in out Wildflower Sampler booklet. Kit Available here.
Jewel Box – Found in our Simple Treasures book. I don’t have a kit put together on this one, but you could start with the 5″ stacker and add the Navy Fat Quarter bundle.
Hashtag – Also found in our Simple Treasures book. This one uses the 5″ stacker and this print for the background.
The Big Easy Runner – Also from our Simple Treasures book.
Lastly, the Spinning Stars pattern, also from the Simple Treasures book and uses the 10″ stacker.
You find my other Precuts here and yardage here.
That takes care of everything that I have made out of the fabric so far (and BTW – I didn’t make all of them, my Mom helped too!)
